General Requirements:

Education: University graduated, preferably with 2 year-experience in related field and/or majoring in Industrial Engineering.
Preferably experienced in relevant area: PPIC, Data Analysis, Production Analyst, Demand Planner
Proficiency: in Microsoft Office: Excel, SAP
Skill: Analytical skills, ability to make workloads priority to meet the deadlines; ability coordinate and move forward on planned activities.
Management Skills: Supervise, critical and analytical thinking.

Job description:

Lead the planning of manufacturing process and controlling the inventory of raw materials to be produced into finished goods in Beam Plant & LSM Factory.
Ordering, storing, and using the company’s inventory. This includes the management of raw materials, components, and finished products, as well as warehousing and processing of such items.
inform forecast to purchase department based on data from PPIC
Create purchase order based on Production Plan
Make delivery schedule for suppliers, considering to level of
stock and production schedule
Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery from suppliers
Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery to Customer
Maintain production, consumption, delay, raw material
finished product inventory data in day-to-day basis.
